Saturday, was definitely a lazy day. Mostly just yakking. I did get my walkies in.
Sean's birthday celebration dinner was at The Melting Pot. Yum. One pot of cheddar and one pot of swiss fondue. Both main meal pots were the coq au vin. For dessert, one pot was dark chocolate, caramel and sea salt. The other (as Foxy is allergic to chocolate ( Read more... )

Friday, there was brunch at The Tamale Place. Yay for a pork tamale in green sauce, rice, chips and lots of salsa and cilantro!

So for the past few months, I've been planning herefox's 40th birthday trip. I promised him we'd go to Las Vegas and see a Cirque Du Soleil show that he's been wanting to see and something else (evil dead?).

Bags are packed - well, a bag is packed. On the way home, the bag will be pretty much empty. Wine mailer takes up half the space =)

Last night, herefox and I went to this year's American Idol concert. This year, the format was for each finalist to sing 3 songs each. There were no duets or trios - I wish that they had had them.
